This commit adds to the instance list https://pol.social,
currently just under 1000 users; open joining policy; healthy
community; not Cloud-flared; admin contacts easy to find -
admin'd by a non-profit foundation that aims to provide FOSS
advice and servers - https://ftdl.pl/ (Foundation Technology for
People).
This commit also orders the language section in which pol.social
is proposed for addition, based on alphabetical order of the
names of the languages; and changes "Slovakia" to "Slovakian".
It looks like mastodon.mg (Madagascar) and mastodon.africa (South
Africa) are small, open mastodon instances with contactable admins,
satisfying our inclusion criteria, and generally looking reasonable
and active (though small).
Added baudigital.social, a mastodon server for everyone working or thinking in the fields of architecture, civil engineering, or urban studies.

This commit proposes to add https://fedi.garden as a curated
list of fediverse instances to the description of the
'Safer spaces' section of the list of instances.
Given the closure of mastodon.lol, thousands of users will need a new home.
Let's help them find one. Queer instances have very good reasons to not
have open applications, and it's hard for them to be safe spaces if they
grow too much or let anyone join immediately (potentially for ban evasion
and harassment).
Already tech.lgbt is approaching 5k active users which is too much.
