Add -a option to generate a temporary NNN_FIFO (#588)

* Add -a option to generate a temporary NNN_FIFO

* Add documentation for -a option

* plugins/README.md: promote the use of -a

This obsoletes the global FIFO unlink trick, so I remove mentions of it.
