sway.5: correct description of workspace [number] 

This correct the description of the commmand:
workspace [--no-auto-back-and-forth] [number] <[num:]name>

Previously, the number and num pieces were being confused. This also
documents the behavior of the --no-auto-back-and-forth flag.
