To add an entry:
- Make sure VRR is enabled with `swaymsg -t get_outputs` (look for "Adaptive sync")
- To get the VRR range, you can use: `cat /sys/class/drm/card0-DP-1/edid | edid-decode` (look for "Display Range Limits")
