sin d6e89ef07f Revert "Run screensaver after a period of idleness" 
This reverts commit 1e18b85e56.

Revert until remaining issues are fixed.  The filter search expires
after 1 second of inactivity without the revert.

Delay displaying the message until return is pressed.

We care about the directory we are going to, so there is no reason

sin 3682c720ba Add C-l to force a redraw 
Often I am waiting for a file to download and be renamed from
.foo.part to .foo.  Forcing a redraw is a simple way to check if
the file has completed downloading.

sin 9bc4b92474 No need for a temporary buffer 
xdirname() uses xstrdup() internally so we are safe to use that
pointer directly.
